Authorities are investigating after a partially clothed man was found dead in a residential alley in New Ulm. Cmdr. Dave Borchert of the New Ulm Police Department says the body was discovered Thursday morning. He says the man wasn't wearing a shirt or jacket and investigators have determined his body was outside for less than 12 hours.

Officers were called to a residence on the 500 block of North Washington Street at about 7:20 a.m. A man was found partially clothed in an alley. Emergency crews tried to revive him, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
