The man was shot at the Clark/Lake CTA station Tuesday morning. Shardaa Gray reports.

The ages of the victims range from 16 to 48.
When officers arrived, they saw a gunman shooting at an individual on the ground. The suspect then fired at officers, hitting their squad car.

Police said the man broke into a home in Berwyn and killed two dogs, then later fired at officers in a nearby yard.
Gary police said just before 7:30 p.m., officers received a call about a man down in front of a residence in the 1100 block of North Warren Street.
At last check, the 69-year-old husband was still fighting for his life. Megan Hickey reports.
Two other men also have been charged in the shooting and are awaiting trial.

Gary Fire Department arrived on scene and took the woman to St Catherine's Hospital, where she died. The man was taken to Methodist Northlake Hospital for treatment.
Authorities also said the shooter, Natalie Rupnow, 15, had been in contact with a 20-year-old man in California, who was plotting a mass shooting with the teenager and told her he was planning to attack a government building. This comes from the Associated Press, citing court documents.
An attorney for Luigi Mangione tells CBS News that he will waive extradition in court on Thursday morning. In that case, New York police detectives on the ground in Pennsylvania will make sure he's transported back to New York City for his arraignment, which could happen as early as Thursday.
The suspect is facing seven counts of first-degree murder and dozens of other charges related to the 2022 mass shooting.
