Man charged with killing brother and sister-in-law, going on rampage at bar in Chicago
Chicago police said 57-year-old Robert Romo was charged with two felony counts of first-degree murder, one felony count of attempted first-degree murder, and one felony count of aggravated battery. Asal Rezaei reports.
