Officers responding to reports of a domestic disturbance in the 5600 block of South Wolcott at 12:30 a.m. found the 26-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the head in a second-floor apartment, according to Chicago Police. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The men, ages 20 and 25, were standing outside near 102nd and State at 2:48 a.m. when they heard shots and realized they'd been hit, according to Chicago Police.
The 25-year-old man walked into Advocate Trinity Hospital at 2:53 a.m. with a gunshot wound to the shoulder, according to preliminary information from Chicago Police. He told investigators he had been shot at 45th and Shields.
