The 15-year-old boy was shot on Racine Avenue in Auburn Gresham.

The girl's brother said a neighbor started yelling at them after they walked on his grass to avoid a muddy area in their own backyard, then later fired shots into their house.

"He was a community man, and he just cared for others. He was very caring to other people, and so this is very devastating that this would happen to anyone, not just him."
A fellow resident at the condo building where Abnerd Joseph lived was brought in by police for questioning. But the 45-year-old licensed gun owner was later released. CBS 2's Charlie De Mar reports.
