Another law requires people using vape pens or e-cigarettes not only to take it outside, but also to move 15 feet away from building entrances.

The DEA said the pair flew from Los Angeles to Chicago with 20 kilograms of fentanyl stuffed into pant legs and sweatshirts in their luggage.

"There are no pills you can get on the internet that are legit. They're all fake," said Dean Jeske. "They're all made with fentanyl. And they can all kill you."
Teens and younger people can think they're taking a prescription drug – not realizing the pill is a fake, and laced with fentanyl. The results can be deadly, as one west suburban family knows all too well. CBS 2'S Joe Donlon reports.
