Woman charged in connection to death of 14-year-old in McHenry County
This week, police found a deceased 14-year-old boy in the house with a bag of fentanyl in his room in Richmond, Illinois. Cara Ullrich, 45, has now been charged in his death. CBS 2 Investigator Megan Hickey reports.
