Chicago police arrested Tevin Tucker, 27, on Wednesday around 11:14 a.m., in the 1200 block of South Wabash Avenue.
Police responded to the 6200 block of South Troy Street just before 2:30 a.m. and found the 22-year-old victim on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds to the body.
Surveillance video showed the suspect come up to the door and throw a handful of rocks to smash the glass.
