There is a very good chance that we shatter some record high temperatures today! We are aiming for highs between the upper 80s and 100F!
The next couple of days are going to be 'steam-ahs! Oh yes, we may be breaking records! The humidity is also on the rise which will factor into the 'uncomfortable' feeling.

Also, I think we will start sunny-style before some debris cloud cover passes the area from a thunderstorm complex to that affected the Great Lakes Region overnight. CAPE values today range from 1500-2000, and the LI ranges from -2 to -6. Any storms that do develop indicate the potential of producing heavy rain, hail, damaging winds and frequent lightning (per NWS Hazardous Weather Outlook).
