"It hurts us," owner Eliazar Salinas said Friday. "But I really do want my staff to be safe. I really do want customers to be safe."
"Now is the time to turn it around. The decisions you make today will determine the numbers in the coming days," said Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins.
