Woman arrested for fatal gas station shooting in southwest Miami-Dade, MDSO says

The cause of the crash remains under investigation, and the road has since been reopened.
The incident took place around 12:30 p.m. Monday afternoon.
Emergency crews said the helicopter crash was reported in the of 3800 block of South Congress Avenue.
The unidentified woman was rushed to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead.
The Calhoun County Sheriff's Office announced the death of Deputy Steven Bruner on Sunday morning.
The Florida Highway Patrol said the National Transportation Safety Board will likely lead the investigation.
Edwin Horace, 25, had been employed with the Broward Sheriff's Office for less than a year.
Two pedestrians were killed after being hit by a vehicle on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach on Wednesday night, police say.
Royer Perez-Jimenez was arrested by the Volusia County Sheriff's Office in January, according to ICE.
The MDSO said Nathan J. Cooper was involved in the shooting of a Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department employee.
Terrell Gibson, 20, of West Palm Beach, faces several charges, including first-degree murder.

Police said the shooter fled the scene in a silver SUV.
The series of bomb threats started on Friday, and the most recent was received on Sunday.
