Teen charged with shooting another in the face, Kaufman County deputies say

Officers were called to a home along Emhouse Street around 2:30 a.m.
Andrew Lee Jansen, 28, was arrested after deputies said he interfered during a medical call involving his father.
The shooting unfolded just before 6 p.m. on Friday, May 15, the department said.
It's the second police shooting reported early in the morning on Saturday, May 16, and the chase began near a previous officer-involved incident.
The department confirmed the details hours after the incident.
Fort Worth Police said it happened just after midnight on Saturday, May 16.
