Around 7 a.m., police were called to the temporary skateboard park in Condon Park for a report of a person on the ground.
Around 11:40 a.m., the driver of a Tesla and a cyclist got into an altercation, and at some point, during the confrontation, a knife was taken out.
Officers pulled over a vehicle for having an expired registration and illegal window tint around 1:37 p.m., near Delaware Street and 25th Avenue, police said.
BART said trains were not stopping at the 12th Street Oakland station in the Antioch and Richmond directions due to a major medical emergency.
Around 6:41 p.m., officers were alerted to a crash at the intersection of Main and Neal streets.
Just before 5:30 p.m., the fire department said firefighters responded to Sacramento Street, between Jones and Leavenworth streets, for a report of a downed tree blocking the roadway.
