An arrest has been made in the fatal stabbing of a good Samaritan who tried to intervene in a dispute between roommates in Westminster on Friday.
The crash happened at Veronica's Meat Market in the 1200 block of Long Beach Boulevard.
Investigators believe that the shooting stemmed from a fight between roommates.
The incident was reported at around 12:15 p.m. near the intersection of Third Street East and Avenue J, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
Police say that three of the five juveniles detained after a brief pursuit in East Los Angeles on Friday are Cambodian runaways, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
