Evacuation orders were issued as the fast-growing fire quickly engulfed nearly 1,700 acres near the Santa Rosa Reservation and Ribbonwood, according to Cal Fire.

Police say that speed, distracted driving and impaired driving do not appear to be factors in the crash.
