Though Harvey has since moved on, its devastation is still causing problems in Texas towns like Beaumont, where residents are being evacuated following the failure of the city's water pumps. Chemical plant fire
The Arkema chemical plant damaged by Hurricane Harvey in Crosby, Texas, started emitting smoke late Friday afternoon, a day after an explosion there. Firefighters said they have no choice but to let the fire burn itself out. Kris Van Cleave reports.

Houston officials are surveying the damage left behind by Harvey. The White House estimates the storm affected around 100,000 homes in Texas. Some 37,000 utility customers in Houston still don't have power. But there are also signs that the city is starting to turn a corner. DeMarco Morgan reports.
