Three people were found stabbed to death Tuesday morning inside a home in St. Albans, Queens. Police sources tell CBS New York's Jennifer Bisram the violence may have stemmed from a landlord and tenant dispute over rent.

CBS New York's Zinnia Maldonado has an update from the scene, where the victims were found dead this morning.
All three victims were rushed to a local hospital, where they were pronounced dead. Police say the suspect turned themselves in to the 113 Precinct.
The fire was on the second floor of a building on Linden Boulevard in St. Albans.
In Queens, two people have minor injuries following a fire Friday evening.
On top of all of the fun, the department is teaching young members of the community valuable lessons like CPR.
