The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is investigating two separate "use-of-force" incidents that happened Tuesday in Pine County.
"Really what we're saying is if there's a ray of sunshine between two storms, appreciate it from your house or wherever you are. Don't attempt to beat the next one," said Kevin Reed with Homeland Security and Emergency Management.

The crash happened at about 6:30 p.m. along Highway 7 near milepost 149, near Hale Township. A Chevrolet Silverado was traveling west when the vehicle left the road and rolled over.
