A 25-year-old woman was killed and a 23-year-old woman was hurt in a shooting inside an apartment building in the South Shore neighborhood Friday night.
A 23-year-old woman was hit in the right leg and left knee and was in fair condition. The 25-year-old was shot in the abdomen and the left leg and died at the hospital.
Police said the driver of a southbound silver SUV hit an 83-year-old man who was walking, and continued without stopping to help him.
