No one was seriously injured in the seemingly random attacks.
Police said there are to five male robbers between the ages of 15 and 25.
He was identified as the person who shot another 17-year-old boy on April 13, in the 6000 block of West Higgins Avenue.
There have been six burglaries in the month of April with one business being hit four times.
They plan to update the community on how they can support families and coordinate efforts.
It's set for 3 p.m. at Rincon Family Services, located at 3719 North Kedzie in Irving Park.
