The crash happened in the Grand Crossing neighborhood at 73rd and Kenwood.
The shooting happened on State Street near 69th Street.
The incident happened Wednesday night at a bar near 75th and Ingleside.
Four people were robbed, two while getting out of their cars Tuesday evening in the Grand Crossing and West Town neighborhoods.
The wounded boys ran into a house after ditching the car two miles from the shooting scene, and 911 was called.
Police said the boys found their way to a home two miles from the scene before being rushed to the hospital, while the suspected shooters held police in a standoff back near the scene in South Shore. CBS 2's Charlie De Mar reports.
Detectives were seen going in and out of one specific house, and there were no evidence markers or evidence a crime having been committed on the street. CBS 2's Charlie De Mar reports.
