Marcus Bausley, 40, was taken into custody by Chicago police and the U.S. Marshals Great Lakes Task Force on Thursday around 11 a.m. in the 2200 block of North Main Street in Crown Point, Indiana.
Marcus Bausley, 39, was taken into custody Friday around 10 a.m. following a pursuit by police on Interstate 65 in Merrillville, Indiana.
Officers found the victim, only described as a 33-year-old man, on the floor of the residence with an apparent stab wound to his stomach.
Kimari Tousant, 20, was charged with first-degree murder and murder with a strong probability of death or injury.

Police said preliminary information suggests that the incident was isolated and there is no threat to the community.
