Chicago police said the burglar forcefully entered the AG Wholesale Liquors store at 6945 S. State St. just before 2:30 a.m.
Sources say the man fell through the roof of the store.
Chicago police said he was taken into custody on Friday by members of the Bureau of Counter Terrorism Mass Transit Team in the 1400 block of West 63rd Street.
Police aren't officially saying these burglaries are believed to be connected yet, only saying they are investigating.
These incidents happened amid continued robbery and burglary sprees across the city. CBS 2's Tara Molina reports.
