New Year's Eve festivities in Philadelphia go on despite foggy weather
It's a bit different with a heavy fog but the fireworks still look great.

The move follows a dramatic rise in carjackings in the city.
On Thursday at Philadelphia International Airport, the airline canceled 22 flights.
Southwest apologized for the inconvenience and says the disruptions could continue for a few more days.
That winter weather has grounded many travelers this holiday. Yet, as the countdown to 2023 is on, many Americans are still hoping to make it to their destinations.
"Delco is a place everybody loves, we are Delco strong," a member of the community said.
The weather is causing a travel nightmare. Lines are long, and flight cancellations and delays are piling up as people are heading south for the Eagles-Cowboys game.
Depending on where you are headed, the winter storm could cancel flights possibly even close roads in some states.
CBS3 saw long lines and they are expected to get even longer over the next few days.
Homicides are currently down by about 7% but for the second year in a row, Philadelphia will see more than 500 homicides.
A line of cars lit up the night and paraded down the Parkway. The 2022 Parade of Lights kicked off Saturday and has become a tradition for many families.
Police have been in the 5200 block of Burton Street for days. Police say the home is being searched for human remains.
It's the region's first real taste of winter weather and both PennDOT and the City of Allentown want to ensure everyone is prepared.
Investigators say it appears the deaths may have been caused by carbon monoxide.
Capaldi had not been seen since Oct. 10 at her home in Sellersville, Pennsylvania.
