Several Sacramento County roads were partially closed on Sunday due to flooding, and at least one person had to be rescued after getting stuck on a flooded roadway.
Around 10 a.m., first responders arrived at the scene of a crash at Brotherhood Way and Junipero Serra Boulevard. Crews saw that one vehicle was on fire and quickly worked to rescue its occupants.
The crash happened around 8 a.m. on westbound I-80, east of Redwood Parkway.
