CPD seek pair in violent CTA Red Line train robbery in Uptown

Chicago police said around 11:15 a.m., the victims were walking in the 7400 block of South Yates Boulevard when a gray sedan approached, and someone from inside fired shots in their direction.
The driver told the child that he would wait outside in the parking lot for him.
Two boys, 13 and 15, were charged in the armed carjacking in West Pullman, and a 16-year-old was charged in connection to a September carjacking in Washington Heights.
Four people were displaced as a result of the fire.
The body was found in the 2800 block of South DuSable Lake Shore Drive on Nov. 24 just after 9 a.m.
Indiana State Police said that, around 4 a.m., Trooper Jace Haddon observed a white Audi traveling 110 miles per hour in the construction zone eastbound on I-94 at the 16-mile marker near the Lake and Porter County line.
The incident happened on Oct. 20 around 8:30 p.m. in the 2600 block of South Karlov Avenue.
A preliminary investigation indicated that the Impala was northbound on Bliss Road when it left the roadway for unknown reasons.
Karris A. Turner, 35, was charged with leaving the scene of a personal injury crash.
Police said around 3:21 p.m. Thursday, the 62-year-old man was inside his home in the 4000 block of West Monroe Street in West Garfield Park when gunfire came through the window.
Chicago police said a 16-year-old girl grabbed a knife and stabbed the 35-year-old woman in the upper chest.
Sources said they believe the driver may have been thrown from the vehicle, and was then hit by a FedEx truck.
Palatine police said just before 11:30 p.m. Friday, officers responded to a well-being check in the 1700 block of North Kicks Road.
Portage police said around 7:40 p.m., officers responded to the home in the 6300 block of Monument Avenue for a report of a domestic disturbance.
