A witness told them they found the victim in a basement bedroom.
The victim suffered a gunshot wound to his back and was taken to Christ Hospital in good condition.
The ages of the victims range from 15 to 53.
Chicago police said the teens, 16-18, were inside the residence when an unknown person shot them.
Residents of those apartments received assistance for alternate temporary housing through relatives and friends or the Town of Cicero Department of General Assistance.
The 69-year-old man was pronounced dead at 4:14 a.m. Sunday by medical staff.
It is unclear how many people were killed or what caused the crash.
Multiple sources told CBS News Chicago that those held by ICE Sunday have active warrants.
A Skokie fire department captain said four people were involved in the crash, and crews had to pull two people from the cars.
Upon arrival, the fire was seen through basement windows that spread beyond the dryer. Fire officials said smoke was also coming out the front door from the basement.
Flames and smoke were seen pouring from the home near 83rd and Brandon around 7 a.m.
The victim told officers that a woman pulled out a sharp object and stabbed him in the head before leaving the scene.
She was found on the roof of the hospital just before 9 a.m. Thursday and was moved to the emergency room for treatment, but later died.
Sources said the Secret Service was investigating an online threat that a Hamline student made against President Trump following the U.S. ban on TikTok.
Chicago police said the victim, a 66-year-old woman, was in the crosswalk when a 2022 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross turned into the crosswalk and hit her.
