The attorney for Amir Worship said they reached a $12 million settlement for the boy, who is now permanently disabled after being shot in his knee during the police raid in May of 2019.
"My wife and I were racking our brains to try to think about everything from like, did we write a negative review about someone on Yelp? Did we give a bad rating to an Uber driver?"
"It was a thriving company. A lot of people worked there, too," neighbor Justin Gilliam said.

"I think culturally, Asian cultures, emphasize self reliance and saving face so much that it's hard for people to admit there is an issue."
