Huntington Beach city leaders on Wednesday announced the nation's first police-led student e-bike safety program, which they say is a direct response to a staggering number of crashes involving young riders in recent years.
Deputies say that two men stole the fish from a pond outside of Oak House Restaurant in Yucaipa over the weekend.
The crash happened at around 2:30 p.m. on a private crossing that runs parallel to Los Angeles Avenue, according to a Metrolink spokesperson.

It happened at around 4:30 a.m. on Monday at Amai Coffee, located in the 1700 block of Pico Boulevard, according to the Santa Monica Police Department.
According to the LAPD, the site where the hard drives were taken was being used for a movie production.
The shooting happened at around 1 a.m. on Saturday outside of 99 Bottles & Cocktails, according to Orange County sheriff's deputies.
No injuries have been reported in the incident.
