1 dead, 1 airlifted from cliff in San Pedro
Firefighters say that one person was found dead and another injured halfway down a cliff in San Pedro early Sunday morning.

One firefighter sustained non-life-threatening injuries while battling the blaze near the Hollywood Bowl and John Anson Ford Amphitheatre on Sunday.
Police say that one person was killed in a crash at around 5:45 p.m. near Dockweiler State Beach on Saturday.
Firefighters have contained a 1,330-acre wildfire Monday morning, which is 30% contained, according to Cal Fire San Bernardino.
Police do not believe that speed or distracted driving were factors in the crash as the driver remained at the scene to cooperate with their investigation early Friday morning near the intersection of Seventh Street and Bellflower Boulevard.
Police say that the man was holding a knife in each hand when he ran towards them at around 5 a.m. on Saturday.
Two of the victims were taken to a hospital by air ambulance after suffering serious injuries.
Police claim that the woman had a knife and was threatening family members before they arrived.
Investigators do not believe that speed, distracted driving or impairment are factors in the crash and that the driver remained at the scene to cooperate with their investigation.
The firefighter suffered minor injuries while battling the blaze, which happened at around 11 a.m. in the 17500 block of Blythe Way, firefighters said.
