Despite the video showing the group of bikers attacking the security guard's car on Sunday, LAPD says that the guard was arrested after he collided with one of them.
A USC student, Ivan Gallegos, 19, of Los Angeles has been identified by LAPD as the suspect.
LAPD officers were in pursuit of a stolen vehicle suspect when the driver and three other passengers bailed on foot in a Boyle Heights neighborhood.
The suspect could be seen hurtling down the 210 Freeway as fast as 130 miles per hour.
The suspect, identified as 32-year-old West Covina man Juan Mario Trejo, was arrested on Tuesday.
