The incident took place in the Glassell Park neighborhood of Los Angeles around 11:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Maria Del Consuelo Alarcon-Valdez, 76, and Yolanda Honda, 82, died after the Feb. 4 fire.
The closure of Agoura Road started at 7 a.m. and will last until 5 p.m. on Wednesday.
The lanes reopened by 7:45 a.m.
All five patients were employees, and the incident took place in a backstage area near the Star Tours ride, according to Anahiem Fire and Rescue.
The man was transported to a local hospital in stable condition.
Omar Alexander Cardenas, 30, allegedly shot and killed Jabali Dumas in Sylmar in 2019 and took an "unlawful flight to avoid prosecution."
Parts of Hollywood Boulevard, Hawthorn Alley and Johnny Grant Way in Hollywood were closed Monday, with more closures to come on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Robert Porter, 50, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of murder.
Authorities said two people were transported to a local hospital in serious condition.
Priscah Cherono, 45, and American Nathan Martin were the first to finish in the women's and men's races, respectively.
The woman is yet to be identified publicly.
The shooting was reported around 8 p.m. Friday.
