Samantha Feliz, 20, and Alejandro Leon Jr., 21, were arrested in Rockingham, NC shortly after 9 a.m. Wednesday morning, according to the Hollywood Police Department.
The incident began in Hallandale Beach at around 4:45 p.m. Thursday when officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the Golden Isles Safe Neighborhood District.
