On Saturday, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences voted to expel Harvey Weinstein. More than 30 women have come forward with lurid accusations against him in recent days. The Academy is calling for an end to the movie industry's "shameful complicity in sexual predatory behavior." Tony Dokoupil has more.

Taylor Swift wins groping lawsuit
Taylor Swift is promising to help victims of sexual assault after winning her civil suit against a former radio host who she says groped her. A jury of six women and two men ruled in Swift's favor after nearly four hours of deliberation. Swift says David Mueller groped her as they posed for a photo in 2013. Vladimir Duthiers reports.

A civil rights assistant to Education Secretary Betsy DeVos is apologizing for comments she made about campus sexual assault. Candice Jackson told the New York Times that "90 percent" of campus sexual assault accusations "fall into the category of 'we were both drunk.'"
