The Russian diplomats who were expelled from the U.S. arrived back in Moscow on Sunday. The latest diplomatic breakdown was triggered after Britain and its allies sought to punish the Kremlin after determining it was "highly likely" Moscow was behind the chemical agent attack of Russian double agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia in Salisbury, England. It was done on orders from the Kremlin, in retaliation for the expulsion of Russian diplomats from the U.S. and other countries. CBS News correspondent Charlie D'Agata reports from Moscow.

President Trump claimed in a tweet that the U.S. postal office will "lose $1.50 on average for each package it delivers" for retail giant Amazon.
