Perry made the most of National Coming Out Day (Oct. 11) by welcoming two women onstage during a New York concert for a romantic (and very public) marriage proposal.
'Katy Perry: Will You Be My Witness?' is a full-length feature that collects highlights from her surprise 4-day live stream on YouTube.
"It means a lot to me for all of my fans, no matter what their situation, to feel like they can come along for the ride."
"Making eye contact, touching hands, and singing the songs with the audience is one of the most rewarding experiences for me," she said.
"I'll be spending the next few weeks taking the time to properly prepare the show to be an experience I am proud to share with you."
KatyCats that actually volunteer their time at a Boys or Girls club are entered to win VIP tickets to the tour.
Perry has been eating astronaut ice cream to get ready.
