A rowhome goes up in flames in Northeast Philadelphia. The neighbor ran into the fire to help the residents still inside. The fire broke out around 7:30 Saturday morning in the city's Summerdale neighborhood. Investigators say a woman and a young girl were killed and several other people were rushed to the hospital.
