More than a dozen people and a nonprofit organization have been displaced after a fire in Philadelphia's Francisville neighborhood. The building will have to be demolished, officials said.

The building is located at Ridge Avenue and Francis Street, just west of Broad Street and The Met Philadelphia.

Chin Le, who spoke through her family doctor, said her son shot and killed five family members before taking his own life.
Both officers shot in East Lansdowne are expected to survive, and six members of the Le family are unaccounted for, Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer said.
