The 83-year-old was pronounced dead on the scene, Philadelphia police said.
Police said the shooter got away in a dark colored vehicle.

Michael Lopez-Medina, 19, was charged with three counts of aggravated arson and one count of aggravated assault causing injury to a firefighter for three fires over the course of one week in Woodbury.
