A 34-year-old man was killed and three others wounded after an argument turned violent outside a restaurant in the Bronx.
It happened at around 7 p.m. on East 180th near Mohegan Avenue, officials said.
The crash happened at around 7 p.m. in the West Farms section of the borough. Witnesses described the violent collision to CBS New York's Kristie Keleshian.
Families were treated to a free day of fun on East 196th Street and Grand Concourse.
