Rams Team Grades: L.A. Embarrassed At Home By Arizona In Season Finale

The Los Angeles Rams lost their season finale at home to the Arizona Cardinals, 44-6, and the difference between the two teams with nothing to play for was striking. The Rams quit on their season at some point, as losing 11 of the final 12 games cost the head coach his job. It also makes critics and fans alike question the direction the organization is heading in after its first season back in the City of Angels. The 4-12 record is the team's worst performance since 2011, and with no premium draft picks coming up, the Rams need a new coach and a new attitude for 2017.

Rams Team Grades: L.A. Bottoms Out Against San Francisco With Another Blown Late-Lead

For the third time this year, the Los Angeles Rams lost a fourth-quarter lead as an inept offense put undue pressure and strain on the defense. Despite leading the San Francisco 49ers by two touchdowns late on Saturday at the Memorial Coliseum, the Rams defense gave up two long scoring drives and the game-winning two-point conversion to lose for the 10th time in the last 11 games. Los Angeles is now 4-11 this season, including 0-2 since firing coach Jeff Fisher.

Rams Opponent Profile: 49ers Not The Same Team L.A. Fans Remember

The last time the San Francisco 49ers came to Los Angeles to play the Rams, it was 1994. The Niners would go on to win the Super Bowl that season, but the 2016 version of the San Francisco franchise is on the opposite end of the spectrum. Losers of 13 straight games since beating the Rams in Week 1, the 49ers are the worst team in the conference this year. That means L.A. could find itself on the winning side of the scoreboard this Saturday.
