One man was killed and 22 people were injured in the shooting during a Juneteenth celebration. Investigators Monday continued to process the scene - marking shell casings and other evidence left behind in the rush, and investigating vehicles that have remained roped off to the public. Police confirmed Reggie Meadows, 31, of Willowbrook was killed in the shooting.

Police were already monitoring the scene, but were called away to an alleged 911 call of a fight that had broken out nearby.

Witnesses say 20 to 30 gunshots rang out in a crowd of over 200 teens and young adults who were gathered for what is usually a fun and safe time.
