Chicago police are investigating three armed robberies at fast food restaurants on Tuesday morning.
Dr. Peter Jaggard said he was finishing lunch and using his phone at the time, when the car came within just two feet of hitting him.
Investigators said the suspect walked up to the woman, lit her on fire on an F Train near the Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue station in Brooklyn, and stayed on the scene while watching the woman burn from the platform. A person of interest is now in custody.
