Tenants in suburban Harvey claim their apartments were boarded up while they were inside. CBS 2's Shardaa Gray found out who owns the property and who boarded up the units.

Harvey police acknowledge nobody was evicted before the boards went up and say property owners boarded up the complex while their officers performed several inspections and wellness checks at the property.
Video shared by a neighbor shows large clouds of smoke, and some flames, coming from the area.
The Harvey native also comes from a successful career as a music producer in which he won nine Grammys and sold more than 100 million records.

Just before midnight last Friday night, two guys and two girls broke into Whittier Elementary and began wandering through the school. And then it happened again.
The teenage thieves gained entry to Whittier Elementary School in Harvey through the back window. While they covered their faces, that did not stop the community from identifying them – leading to their now facing charges. CBS 2's Jermont Terry reports.
Police said, around 6:05 p.m., officers responded to a report of shots fired at the Popeye's at 147th and Halsted.
"I just know that without something to do, trouble will find them. And I just wanted to be a part of breaking that cycle."
The goal of Citizens United for Harvey's Youth is to keep kids out of trouble. CBS 2's Shardaa Gray spoke to the organizers and one of the students who benefits.
An affordable housing group worked with the city and HUD to save and improve the housing, which cost $32 million.
