Tenants in suburban Harvey claim their apartments were boarded up while they were inside. CBS 2's Shardaa Gray found out who owns the property and who boarded up the units.

Harvey police acknowledge nobody was evicted before the boards went up and say property owners boarded up the complex while their officers performed several inspections and wellness checks at the property.
Video shared by a neighbor shows large clouds of smoke, and some flames, coming from the area.
