I-30 backup near Fate after two 18-wheelers jackknife

According to the Texas Department of Transportation, the highway is backed up for at least five miles.
All eastbound lanes of U.S. Highway 80 and its service road near in Kaufman County were shut down.
Four people were killed and the highway was closed for roughly 9 hours.
Witnesses told officers this all stemmed from road rage, one driver attempting to brake check another.
"I feel that there was likely something far more nefarious planned that day," Chief Eddie Garcia said.
