Irvine police are asking for help from the public as they continue to search for an alleged thief who distracts her victims with a kiss while stealing their jewelry.

Irvine police are asking for help from the public as they continue to search for an alleged thief who distracts her victims with a kiss while stealing their jewelry.
Two victims told investigators that he groomed and had sexual relationships with them while he worked as a wrestling coach at El Modena and Foothill High Schools between 2017 and 2023.
Deputies said that there is "no obvious connection" between the detainee and the victim.
It happened at around 12:20 p.m. in the 2000 block of Durfee Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
It happened at around midnight on Tuesday at the intersection of Figueroa Street and Colden Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The shooting happened late Monday in the 100 block of North Poe Street, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's office.
