Pelosi "optimistic" about stimulus deal

House speaker Nancy Pelosi says she's "optimstic" about the prospect of a coronavirus relief deal with the White House, but Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is advising the Trump administration against a comprehensive deal.
