When the Spanish modernized the rail line where a fatal crash occurred Wednesday, they laid new track on the line's original tight corners. Wednesday's train was supposed to slow to 50 miles per hour around the bend where it crashed, but it seemed to be traveling at twice that speed; and, CBS News correspondent Seth Doane was allowed to travel to Pyongyang for the 60th anniversary of the Korean War ceasefire. But minders ensure foreign journalists see only what the government wants them to see.
