Crews are getting the upper hand on another fire burning in placer county. Cal Fire says the Dutch Fire near I-80 and Ridge Road is now 60 percent contained. Nearly 50 acres have burned since the fire broke out Tuesday afternoon. Traffic on westbound I-80 has been reduced to one lane.

More than 3,600 first responders are stationed there tonight. The sheriff's office says to expect heavy traffic there--during the morning commute until the fire is out.
The fire is now estimated to be 64,159 acres in size and is 20% contained as of Thursday. There are 3,655 people battling the fire.
