The Mummers are the second Philly tradition to land on a USA Today top 10 list this season. Earlier this month, Miracle on South 13th Street earned a spot on their roundup of the best holiday light shows.
On this Giving Tuesday, a well known mummer is reminding everyone it's not just about the parade on New Year's Day -- the mummers are giving back to the community all year long.
The calendar says April but the Mummers are coming out to strut across the Delaware in Camden County Saturday.
It turns out that Mummer is also an emergency doctor at Einstein Medical Center.

It was the first time in two years thousands lined Broad Street on New Year's Day. The 2022 parade was delayed to Jan. 2 due to inclement weather and 2021 was canceled because of the pandemic.
